Aaron Larson

Aaron Larson is a former financial advisor and a certified exit planning advisor. He helps business owners grow their companies and get ready for a profitable exit. With his background in finance, Aaron knows what drives business value and how to position a company for the best possible outcome when it’s time to sell or transition.

He focuses on growth planning, streamlining operations, and preparing businesses so the exit process is smooth and rewarding. His goal is to increase business value while keeping the owner’s bigger life goals front and center.

Aaron brings practical strategies, clear insights, and personalized planning to guide owners through the challenges of exiting a business. He’s passionate about helping business owners get the most from their hard work and is committed to building trust, collaborating closely, and making sure every owner he works with is set up for long-term success.

Before joining Elevate & Exit, Cade lead growth for an organization through lead generation, outbound sales, and prospect engagement campaigns. His ability to connect quickly and communicate value clearly makes him a key first touchpoint for business owners exploring how to grow and position their companies for future success.

At Elevate & Exit, Cade plays a vital role in identifying growth-minded founders and introducing them to the frameworks, tools, and conversations that help them scale with purpose and clarity.

Shawn Richards

Shawn Richards is a seasoned business executive with over 30 years of experience. He has served as both COO and CFO for small businesses and is passionate about helping leaders strengthen their finances, systems, teams, and leadership in preparation for a future exit.

Shawn focuses on strategies that grow company value while helping owners reconnect with the excitement of entrepreneurship. He believes great leaders can inspire the best in their people and create lasting impact.

He also hosts the Team Engagement Podcast, where he has interviewed over 400 leaders worldwide, and is the author of The Sapphire Sky Leadership framework, a practical system for becoming a more effective leader.

Outside of work, Shawn is a lifelong Philadelphia Phillies fan and enjoys life in Utah with his wife and twin daughters.
